when you have some chips left that can't be changed for 1 higher chip (ex. 4$ left but you can only get 5$ chips) then they look how many other have the same thing (ex. 2 other people with each 3$) then they take 2 5$ chip.. you three people get dealt a card and the highest card gets the chips..(not sure wether you get al the chips or just a part.. but it is something like this.)
